- If you are plunging as part of a team, each team member must still raise the individual amount!

All participants will receive a Turtle Fur fleece hat at check-in and a Penguin Plunge towel as they exit the water.
The more you raise, the more cool prizes you can win. Raise $500, $750, $1,000 or $2,000 and automatically receive one of the incentive items below. Stay tuned for more prize opportunities from Burton, Best Buy, Ben and Jerry's, etc.!

The Peerless Penguin
The individual who raises the largest amount of money receives a prize. Prize to be announced. Doug Goble has won the Peerless Penguin award over the last few years.
The Waddle of Penguins
The team consisting of the greatest number of Plungers, will receive the "Pack of Plungers" trophy, to be displayed at a location of their choosing for one year. The Bayada Nurses team won the trophy in 2009 and 2010!
The Cool School Award - Grade School Division
The largest group form a middle, elementary or high school (or combination), will receive the Peerless Flock trophy, to be displayed at the school for one year.
The Cool School Award - College/University Division
The largest group from a college or university will receive the Peerless Flock trophy, to be displayed at the school for one year.
The Penguin Patrol Award
The largest group of Law Enforcement/Public Safety/Fire Department (or combination) will receive the Penguin Patrol trophy, to be displayed at a location of their choice for one year.
The Plumage Award
The most creatively dressed Penguin or group of Penguins. Prize to be announced.

| Volunteers are an integral part of making the Penguin Plunge a success! Volunteers are needed throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. This is a great opportunity for businesses, schools, community groups and sports teams to participate in a day of community service and bond. |

Volunteer needs will be updated on a regular basis. Please check back often for up to date informa tion.
There are a variety of opportunities available, including:
- Site set-up (Saturday a.m.)
- Souvenir sales
- Registratin
- Site maintenance
- Site breakdown (Saturday p.m.)
- Assistance with marketing/advertising (Oct-Jan)
