All participants will receive a Turtle Fur fleece hat at check-in and a Penguin Plunge towel as they exit the water.
The more you raise, the more cool prizes you can win. Raise $500, $750, $1,000 or $2,000 and automatically receive one of the incentive items below. Stay tuned for additional prize opportunities!

The Peerless Penguin
The individual who is our highest fundraiser will win the Peerless Penguin award. Prize to be announced.
The Waddle of Penguins
The largest group of Penguins will win the Pack of Plungers trophy, to be displayed at a location of their choice for the year.
The Cool School Award - Grade School Division
The elementary, middle or highschool team (or combination) with the greatest number of plungers will receivethe Peerless Flock trophy, to be displayed at their school for the year.
The Cool School Award - College/University Division
The college or university team with the greatest number of plungers will receive the Peerless Flock trophy, to be displayed at their school for the year.
The Penguin Patrol Award
The largest team of Law Enforcement/Public Safety/Fire Department (or combination) will receive the Penguin Patrol trophy, to be displayed at a location of their choice for the year.
The Plumage Award
The best dressed adult and best dressed child will receive a prize. Prize to be announced.

Volunteers are an integral part of making the Penguin Plunge a success! Volunteers are needed throughout the planning process and on the day of the event. This is a great opportunity for businesses, schools, community groups and sports teams to participate in a day of community service and bond.
*Volunteer needs will be updated on a regular basis. Please check back often for more information.*
There are a variety of opportunities available, including:
- Site set-up (Saturday a.m.)
- Souvenir sales
- Registratin
- Site maintenance
- Site breakdown (Saturday p.m.)
- Assistance with marketing/advertising (Oct-Jan)
